Monthly training sessions—known as The Pro Care—are conducted to address topics such as:

Safe chemical handling and cleaning best practices

Hazardous waste management, sharps safety, and ladder use

Ergonomics, repetitive task prevention, and mental health awareness

Conflict resolution and effective communication

Customer service excellence

All employees also complete WHMIS and other mandatory government safety programs.

Workplace health and safety remain a priority. ProCare has maintained a formal Health & Safety Policy for many years, supported by an active Health & Safety Committee. We are proud of our excellent track record in this area.
